Shipping in the US is a standard flat rate of $11.00 for US Priority Mail (cost include insurance and signature). All jewelry items in stock will ship within 1-4 days of placing your online order. Shipping may take 3-7 business days depending on your location. Custom, special, and engraved orders will have a longer turn around time before shipping. All jewelry is insured up to the value of your purchase. All packages will require a signature at delivery.
In the event your jewelry is damaged during the shipping process, we will ship you the exact item or similar item to you upon the receipt of the damaged item. The customer must initiate a claim with Glitz & Glam Jewelry by LJ for replacement of the damage item by contacting us at email@example.com or 240-351-7575 within 3 days of delivery of the damaged jewelry.
Postage, tracking, and any insurance is the responsibility of the customer for any damaged jewelry returned for replacement. If applicable, Glitz & Glam Jewelry by LJ will refund you the cost of shipping upon receipt.
Should your jewelry be lost during the shipping process, the customer must initiate a claim with the US Postal Service. Glitz & Glam Jewelry by LJ can provide you with any information needed for your claim. Once the US Postal Service provide you with their finding and the notification has been sent to us, Glitz & Glam Jewelry by LJ will work with you to ship the same item or similar item to you if appropriate.
